Domestic Shipping -

All purchases made with standard delivery will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order. Standard delivery is £3.00, or free for orders over £15.00.

 

Express postage can be purchased for £5.00, express postage orders will be posted via Royal Mail 1st class. Please allow 1-2 business days to receive your order.

International Shipping -

For any orders outside of the UK, please get in contact before purchasing to discuss a quote for delivery. Please allow up to 28 working days for delivery.

Returns and Exchanges -

We take every care to ensure that this website accurately depicts products in terms of colour and finish. However, as products are all hand screen printed and sewn it is possible for there to be slight variations from product to product. 

 

In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase you may return your item in its original, unused condition within 30 days. To arrange a return, please email me at sophieameliadesign@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt of the item, including your full name, order number, reason for return, and whether you require an exchange or refund. You must package your item securely to ensure it is returned in a saleable state and all original packaging must be included. We are unable to reimburse the postage on items that are being returned unless they are faulty when received. If you wish to exchange for a new product, there will be a charge for the postage and packaging of the new item.

 

If you have received a damaged product please get in touch within 48hrs of receipt of the item. You will need to email us at sophieameliadesign@gmail.com including your full name, order number, reason for return with photographs of damage, and whether you would prefer an exchange or refund. Please then return the item to us including the original packaging within 7 days. We will need to submit a claim to Royal Mail on your behalf and once we receive compensation from Royal Mail a refund will be processed on your order. Please be aware that this process may take up to 30 days.   

 

All refunds and Exchanges will be made at our discretion. Please allow 5 working days for me to process refunds upon return of the goods. 

 

For made to order products, If there are any delays during the making of your product, we will contact you to inform you of the situation.
